TIME AND MATERIALS ACCOUNTING (TMA)

This tried-and-true accounting system allows you to record instructions, observations, accomplishments, goods and services and to produce do-lists, reports, or invoices using any tablet, laptop, or cell phone.

In addition, each member of your team can record in their native language and combine their input into reports printed in any one language.
For example, you can create do-lists in the language of the home office, and print them in the various languages of your contract workers. These workers can then record their accomplishments and materials provided in their native languages and you can read the reports in the language of the home office.

One TMA user in New York is a nursing facility with patients who don't speak English. They sometimes need to rely on nurses who are more comfortable using French or Swahili. Using TMA, the supervisors can write care plans in English and the nurses can read them in French or Swahili. After caring for the patients, these nurses can chart in French or Swahili and the charts can be viewed in any of the three languages.
